QMax Solutions Technical Service

Q'Max Solutions offers full drilling fluid service to our customers. When servicing a drilling operation, the Drilling Fluid Supervisor will provide the following services:

Implement and manage the drilling fluid system designed by our programming department and ensure all customer objectives are met or exceeded.
Monitor and test drilling fluids on a daily basis, or as often as is necessary, and adjust properties to meet operator’s requirements. Some of the parameters consistently tested for are low shear rate viscosity measurements, flow properties, comprehensive hydraulics analyses and drilling fluid chemistry.
High level of knowledge in the theory and application of Q'Max Solutions’ proprietary products and systems (for information on the systems Q'Max offers, please see section titled ‘Drilling Fluid Systems’).

All service representatives are trained in the safe handling and transportation of all products and systems supplied by
Q'Max Solutions.

Analyze data from the wellsite and use our past experience to continually improve service and reduce overall costs to our customers.
Provide the customer with a comprehensive summary, detailing performance, product usage, cost and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
Q'Max provides up to date information in the environmental disposal of fluids and cuttings while drilling and has a staff biologist who is current with governmental and industry regulations regarding drilling waste.
